Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

A $225/day deposit per guide reserved is required to hold your reservation.  Checks can be made out to “Aaron Spence and/or Mainstream Guides”.  Any balance will be paid at the end of the days fishing with check or cash.
This deposit will only be refunded if you cancel the trip more than 30 days before your preferred date.  If you cancel within 15 days, your deposit is forfeited.  If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation,  full payment for your trip is requested.  Deposits are not refundable and only transferable due to extreme weather conditions or if we determine that changes in river conditions or weather have made rivers unsafe to fish.
